Why I’m leading this

I’m not a scientist.
I’m not a public health authority.

I’m someone who became uncomfortable with how often drink spiking is discussed and how rarely it is measured in a way people can trust.

The absence of reliable, population-scale data creates two equally dangerous outcomes:

  • panic without proof

  • silence without accountability

This initiative exists to sit in the uncomfortable middle, where uncertainty is acknowledged rather than exploited.

I’m not here to draw conclusions.
I’m here to make it possible for better ones to be drawn.

If the data shows the problem is rare, that matters.
If it shows the problem is widespread, that matters too.

Either outcome is more responsible than pretending we already know.
